IDRooms helps users discover hotel properties, review available rooms and rates, and place reservations through the platform. 2. User accounts and responsibilities
Users must provide accurate booking and contact information, protect their account credentials, and use the platform lawfully. Users are responsible for checking guest details, occupancy requirements and property rules before confirming a reservation.
3. Hotel bookings and availability

5. Pricing, taxes and payments
The booking summary displays the room price, applicable taxes and mandatory charges available for that booking before payment. The total payable amount shown at checkout is the amount presented for confirmation. Payment methods depend on the booking and are shown during checkout.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation terms depend on the hotel and room rate. The cancellation deadline, any charges, refund amount and available refund method are shown for the selected booking before confirmation. For eligible cancellations, refund processing time may depend on the payment provider and is communicated during the refund process.
7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, IDRooms is not responsible for a hotel's acts or omissions, or for interruptions caused by events outside its reasonable control.
